Former organ After the construction of the temporary wall at the back of the church, a tribune was built there. The parish then bought a second-hand organ built at the beginning of the 20th century by the Maison Cavaillé-Coll Pleyel. The instrument came from a living room adjacent to the Pleyel Concert Hall, which explained the lack of façade. The instrument had two keyboards enclosed in an expressive box. In 1960, Picaud changed the stoplist. Two pedal stops were added to the back of the instrument. They were later transferred to the front in order to mask the jealousies of the expressive box.

This church was built in 1934 under the leadership of Cardinal Verdier. Unfinished, it was blessed in 1936. On the occasion of the 80thème anniversary of the church, in 2016, the parish decided to restore the church and complete the missing façade. It was inaugurated in 2020. The neo-Romanesque church is now well enhanced by its contemporary glass façade. It has a beautiful icon of the Perpetual Relief as well as furniture with enamels, due to Brother François Cassingena-Trévédy, monk of the abbey of Ligugé.

Current organ In 2016, on the occasion of the creation of a new façade, it was decided to provide the church with a new tribune to accommodate a new organ. The parish bought the old organ of the Evangelical parish of Dusseldorf-Urdenbach. The organ comes from the factor Alfred Fuhrer and was built in 1969. The instrument, contained in a mahogany buffet, consists of 18 stops over 2 keyboards. Its transfer to Asnières was completed by François Delangue in June 2020.
