C1 The organ was built by Cavaillé-Coll in 1866 for the Petit Séminaire of Paris. It was moved to Charenton-le-Pont in 1911, probably by Charles Mutin, who added a Cor de nuit to the Swell, extended the pedal from 20 to 30 notes and made a couple récit/grand orgue 'en octaves graves'. In 2008, the organ was restored by Yves Fossaert without making important changes to the existing instrument.

The Chapelle de Conflans was built between 1843 and 1867 by the Congregation of the Sisters of the Sacred Heart. After the sisters left in 1977, the building housed a minor seminary until 1970. It is now owned by the Diocese of Créteil. It was restored between 2002 and 2004.
